Fried Tofu Lettuce Wraps
Serves 4 to 6
Cube 1 pound tofu and pat dry. Heat 1/2” oil in a high-sided pan over medium heat. Test temperature by adding tofu, it should sizzle around the edges. Fry tofu on all sides, maintaining the temperature and preventing it from getting too hot. Season the fried tofu with salt. Place fried tofu in lettuce cups and garnish with avocado, jalapeno slices, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, and lime juice.
