Garlic Pull Apart Bread

Garlic Pull Apart Bread
Serves 6-8

1 large boule, cross hatched
2 sticks butter
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces mozzarella
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Handful of chopped parsley

Heat oven to 375º F.

Melt butter with dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Place boule on a large piece of tinfoil (enough to wrap and cover the bread) and then place toil foil lined boule on a sheet tray. Pour desired amount of butter in all the nooks and cracks of the bread.

Break mozzarella into pieces and stick inside cracks of the bread. Do the same with the Parmesan, sprinkling some on top too. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap tinfoil and change oven setting to broil. Broil bread for 4-5 minutes, or until top is toasted and cheese is bubbling and brown.
